Set your cleats position to improve foot comfort and deliver maximum power to the pedal
Find your ideal saddle and then set it to the correct height and fore/aft position
Configure your aerobars (base bar, arms rests and extensions) so that you can get into, and remain in, a comfortable, sutainable position for the duration of your event

Each video is, on average, 4mins in duration.If you were to watch all of the content from end-to-end it would take no more than 3hrs.

There are plenty of bike fit videos on YouTube (we have over 100 on our channel), however, this is the first time a program has been created to take the end user on a step-by-step journey through the triathlon bike fit process - getting you from where you are, to where you want to be.

The bike fit process doesn't typically involve taking the bike to pieces.
We make adjustments to the bike.
We may fit new components (like a saddle), but the bulk of our work can be done in-house, with no more than a set of allen keys and a torque wrench.
